Policies

Return Policy:

All returns must be made with 30 days from the date of invoice.

Returns will only be accepted with prior approval and your return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

Please call of email us for your RMA number.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. 

A copy of your original invoice or work order should accompany your return.

Shipping fee's for returned merchandise can not be credited back.

Credit will be issued after merchandise is received and condition verified. 

Warranty Info: 

All items sold from Westheffer Company Inc. are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer of the merchandise.  

Customer is responsible for the shipping/freight charges when sending back products for warranty claim. 

Damaged Shipments:

Merchandise does not leave Westheffer Company Inc. damaged.

It is the responsibilty of the freight carrier to deliver merchandise in good condition. 

Please inspect all deliveries in the presence of the shipper at time of delivery. 

Notify the freight carrier immediately if any damaged merchandise is received.  Leave the merchandise, along with it's original carton and packing material for the carrier to inspect. 

Failure to keep the original carton and packing material may result in an unfavorable damage claim from the carrier.
